What is hansei?
ๅ็ โ hansei โ is the Japanese practice of honest self-reflection. After every effort, you pause: what worked, what didnโt, what could be better โ even when everything went right.
We build that pause into the way we design. Every screen, system and interaction ships only after it has been questioned, stripped back and refined. The result is work that feels calm, intentional and effortless โ because everything unnecessary has been reflected away.
